On the Important of a Name
Everybody has a name.What’s more,a lot of attention is being drawn to it and people’s ideas are various.
On the one hand,some people hold the view that the name is very important.First of all,the name will be the first impact which you give to your new friend.As we know the first impact is very important in some case like hunting a job.Secondly,a wonderful name can give you some good characters.For example,a man who called ”Li Gang” usually really powerful.The last but not least,the name contain the expectations which parents give to the kids.
On the other hand,a great many people insist that name is indifferent.They mainly point out that weather a person can be successful depends on how hard he or she work but has nothing to do with his or her name.
In my opinion,there should be something relate to the name.But what we can mostly trust is ourself.We should remember our name,and fight hard!
有些语法错误,另外像on the one hand on the other hand 等等老掉牙的句子最好别用了.都用这些句子.老师改试卷的时候看到就烦.搞点有新意的句子.

The Celebration of Western Festivals
Nowadays,more and more Chinese youngsters have a fever for the Western Fevitals. For an instance,boys will buy flowers and chocolate to their girlfriends at Valentine"s Day,but do nothing when Lantern Festival.
What cause this phenomenon,maybe the following reasons can answer it.Firstly,the youngsters are influented by the western media nowadays,which make them think that the western festivals are much more interesting than the Chinese Festivals.Secondly,as the western festivals express that sending presents to friends and relatives is important,the public will think highly of them for they can stimulus the economy.
Through it can develop the economy,but our festivas will despair gradually as their place will be replaced by the western festivals.So we must advocate celebrating our festivals immediately.We must believe that our Chinese festival also can accelerate the consumption here.What"s more,the media plays an important role in developing public"s interesing of Chinese festivals.
Generally speaking, it is a great effort. Good job man.

No one can deny the fact that an increasing number of Chinese are fond of celebrating some typical western festivals today. For instance, at Valentine"s day, many people exchange gifts to express the love and affection for their dear ones. On Christmas day, shops are decorated with Santa Claus pictures and Christmas trees, Products relative to Christmas are sold,restaurants are fully booked and people give out presents.
There are many reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, thanks to the might of the advanced media technology, youngsters are significantly influenced by the overloaded information they receive from variety of media sources. Secondly, the greatly improved living standard stimulate people"s consumption.
The negative impact is also obvious, the celebration of western festivals might lead to neglect of the traditional Chinese festivals.

Some people hold the opinion that a good name deserves everything.For them,a good name not only influence their emotion,but also may lead to some unexpected rewards.Such as weathey,social status and promotion prospects.
On the contrary,other people take the opposing view that a good name is nothing.For one thing,names have long been set as a symbol of a person.What’s more,it can help us communicatae with each other conveniently..For another,only with a good name can our not enlarge our konwledge and develop our character.
In my point of view,there shouldn’t be a distinction between good names or bad names.

如何提高英语六级英语写作啊?还有最后一题翻译.我现在都读研了,可是英语六级考了几次都考不过.阅读理解部分还好,能得到7到8成的分,听力每次我都听不懂,连听带猜能得5成的分.作文和翻译就只能得3成的分了,因为我语法很差.怎么办啊,求指导,今年上半年六级再不过就完了.
多看英文书和别人写的论文.语法方面的话一定要多用才能记得语法,比如说多跟英文好的说英文

Compare the advantages and disadvantages of working in a big company or a small company.
Searching for a job is not necessarily easy.Therefore it is good to prepare yourself a little bit and make up your mind about what kind of company you want to join.There are two basic types:You can either apply for a job in a big company or in a small company.Both have advantages and drawbacks.
The smaller companies are usually ignored by potential employees,who focus their efforts more on large firms that have name recognition.However,during tough economic times,small firms are actually better positioned to hire in the period of recession.Small businesses may have a business plan more progressive than big companies,so they are able to succeed despite poor economic situation.What is more the small firm may not have the large overhead or the extra employees that big companies might have added during the last period of economic growth.Another advantage of working in small firms is that the work roles are often less specialized allowing employees to interact with staff in more functional areas and to get a better view of operations.Since employees and their work results are more visible,it is often easier to advance in a smaller organization.Employees often gain experience in a variety of areas,giving them multiple skills and areas of expertise to add to their resume.These small employers may also have more flexibility to consider alternative work arrangements like flextime or job sharing.On the downside,smaller employers may have fewer formal training programs,benefit packages can be more restricted,and opportunities to relocate to other branches may be more limited or non-existent.There might be less opportunity for growth and promotion,and the failure rate for small firms is also much higher than for larger ones.In addition the small company’s resources are almost always very limited.Furthermore little companies suffer from mistakes more than the big ones.Although there could be less job stability than at a bigger company,if the comfort level fits and you enjoy the job,working for a smaller company could be a good choice to get your career started.On the other side we have the big firms that also have advantages and disadvantages.The main advantage that most of us pay attention to most is the salary,which is usually higher than in the small companies.In addition the big companies are probably well known you can proud to work for an international company.
