什么是商务函电?商务函电写作标准是什么?
商务函电是指在日常的商务往来中用以传递信息、处理商务事宜以及联络和沟通关系的信函、电讯文书.常用的商务信函主要有商洽函、询问函、答复函、请求函、告知函和联系函等.商务信函的写作需要注意以下几点标准:
(1)准确.商务信函的内容多与双方的利益有着直接的利害关系,因而要完整、精确的表达意思,用于乃至标点符号都要做到准确无误,以免造成不必要的麻烦.
(2)简洁.在做到准确、周到的前提下,应用最少的文字表达真实的意思,不能拖沓冗长.
(3)具体.信函所要交待的事项必须具体明确,尤其要注意需要对方答复或会对双方关系产生影响的内容,绝不能语言不详.
(4)礼貌.要掌握礼貌、得体的文字表达方式,以有利于双方保持良好的关系.
(5)体谅.要学会换位思考,能够站在对方的立场上思考问题.这样容易获得对方的认同,有利于双方达成有效的沟通.

3、更为严格的商务英语电函,是英文商务信函的必备
(信头是寄信人地址、公司信息,收信人地址,经由转交,参考号,日期,称呼,主题,正文,敬语,落款,签名,附注,附件等等)
商务英语信函的4C是哪些
为达到通过信函有效沟通的目的,有必要掌握写好国际商务函电的原则.一般地,商务信函有以下七个方面的写作规则,通常被称为“7C原则”:
1.Clearness 清楚原则
清楚包括两个方面的内容,一是写信者在拟文前知道自己要写什么;二是对文收到信函时可以完全了解写信者要表达的意思,不会产生误解.这就要求写信者头脑清楚、条理清晰、表达准确,避免使用一些含混不清、模棱二可的词汇.
2.Conciseness 简洁原则
简洁是指用最少的语言表达最丰富完整的内容,并且不影响信函的礼貌性.简洁使信函更加简明有力.商务英语信函的格式要简明扼要,语言要通俗易懂,内容要精练丰富.这要就要写信者在行文过程中尽量选用单间、易懂、朴素的词汇,采用简洁,直接的句子.
3.Correctness 准确原则
商务英语的信函与买卖双方的权力、义务、利害关系、企业形像等息息相关,是制作各种商业单据的依据,以及进行商业活动往来的重要凭证.准确无误是商业英语信函写作中最最要的原则.准确原则不仅仅指单词拼写、标点符号无误,语法使用、结构格式正确,还应确保信函所涉及的信息、数字、事实准确无误.因此,在进行商业英语信函写作中应反复审核相关信息,如:收信人的职称、姓名、地址、交货时间、地点、货物品质、颜色、尺码、单价、总价、包装等.
4.Concreteness 具体原则
具体原则是指信函中涉及的内容要言之有物,信息要详实具体、丰富生动,表达要完整.商务信函写作中注意避免类似:soon,at an early date,good,nearly 等笼统的、含混不清的表达法.例如:I will send the samples to you soon.就不如 I will send the samples to you in two weeks.如果能再具体,那就更好了,例如 I will send the samples to you next Monday.
5.Courtesy 礼貌原则
为了建立、保持一个友好贸易关系,商务英语信函往来一般要注意礼貌原则,以理待人.礼貌原则不仅仅体现在使用 Please,thanks you 等这些词汇上面,而且要在字里行间体现我国的外贸政策和外交礼节,做到不卑不亢、得体大方.具体的礼貌原则基本包括这样几个方面:遵守国际商务往来惯例;尊重对方风俗习惯;语言表达要客气有分寸,避免使用命令口气;多用友好、肯定的语气,尽量用委婉语气指出对方不尽人意的地方,复信要及时.
6.Consideration 体谅原则
体谅是指以对方利益为出发点,站在对方的立场周到、细致的考虑问题,以便得到对方的好感而达到所预期的目的.体谅原则是商务交往中为了促成交易所使用的一种技巧.
7.Completeness 完整原则
一封完整的商业信函应该是对对方提出的问题逐一回答而且对自己要表达的重要信息说明清楚.信函的完整性有助于建立良好的企业形像,节省双方的商务往来时间而达到预期的效果,避免因重要信息不全而引起不必要的纠纷.
这是我所了解到的“7C原则”.

商务英语的书信写作中,应当力图行文简洁有力,重点突出,以下是在这方面学要注意的点. (一) 避免使用陈旧的商业术语 陈旧的与传统的商业术语(Commercial jargon)对信的内容没有什么作用,应该避免使用. 例一: Wordy: We wish to acknowledge receipt of your letter of November 14 with the check for Stg.10 enclosed and wish to thank you for same. Concise: We appreciate your letter of November 14 and the check for Stg. 10 you sent with it. 例二: Wordy: We take liberty to approach you with the request that you would be kind enough to introduce to us some exporters of cotton textiles in your cities. Would you please introduce to us some exporters of cotton textiles in your city? Concise: (a) Please introduce to us some exporters of cotton textiles in your city. (b)Would you please introduce to us some exporters of cotton textiles in your city. (注:此类简洁的表达方式很多.) (二) 要长话短说,避免罗嗦 通常商业人士每天需要阅读大量的书信,对开门见山,长话短说,直接切题的信特别欢迎.因此, 写信要力求长话短说, 例如:不要写 应写作 Please see that an enquiry is conducted to determine the reason. Please find out the reason. We express our regret at being unable to fulfill your order on this occasion. We are sorry we cannot meet your present order. 要使用简洁的语言,有可能的话, 尽量使用单词来代替某些娇柔做作的短语. 删去不必要的形容词,如下列句子中的形容词或副词删去后并不影响句子的原意: The proposal is under (active) consideration. The answer is (definitely) correct. I would (rather) think the fare is too high. The (true) facts are as stated. (三) 要注意每句句子的长短 例如:"We would like to know whether you would allow us to extend the time of shipment for twenty days, and if you would be so kind as to allow us to do so, kindly give us your reply by cable without delay." 这句话过分"客气",使句子过长而不清楚.内容要求对方同意延期交货20天,一般情况下,应尽可能提出延期到那一天的具体日期.) 有的作者为了使人们记住避免使用陈旧的商业术语,专门选择了一些他认为陈旧的商业术语搞成一首诗: We beg to advise and wish to state That yours has arrived of recent date. We have it before us, its contents noted; Herewith enclosed are the prices we quoted.
